Health Guarantee Limits.

1. Excludes internal and external parasites, fertility problems, eye color change, and communicable diseases.

2. If a health problem is diagnoses during Buyer’s initial veterinarian visit, a second veterinarian’s opinion may be required.

Buyer Requirements. Heath guarantee remains valid according to the following requirements:

1. The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of receipt.

2. All vaccinations must be kept current by a licensed veterinarian.

3. If a serious health issue is diagnosed at the initial veterinarian visit, Buyer must contact the Breeder within 48 hours and the Buyer must provide the documentation of the problem from a licensed veterinarian.

Replacement Eligibility. Puppies are eligible for replacement if any of the following problems are encountered and documentation of the issue is provided.

1. If the puppy is diagnosed with hip dysphasia, heart, lung, or liver problems within two years of the birth date.

Replacement Terms.

1. Original puppy must be returned to the Breeder at the buyer’s expense.

2. Replacement puppies are limited to a puppy of equal or lesser value to the original puppy.

3. There will be absolutely no refund of any monies received by the Breeder.
