Puppy Deposit Form

Your puppy is secured with a $250 non-refundable deposit which can be made online. The full balance for your puppy is due at pickup.

By making this deposit, you are acknowledging that the deposit is non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are unable to select your puppy, rest assured that your deposit can be applied to another puppy.
